Wallcovering Pro respects the privacy of people who contact us through this website. This policy explains how we use information submitted through our consultation, project-submission, and installer-application forms, and through our Instagram account.

Information we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, company or firm, email address, phone number, project location, trade experience, and the details you choose to provide about a project or application.

Why we collect it

We use submitted information to review inquiries, prepare or discuss project estimates, coordinate consultations, evaluate installer applications, answer questions, and provide information about the services or work opportunities you requested.

How we may contact you

Wallcovering Pro may respond using the email address or phone number you provide. Depending on your request, that response may be by email, telephone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Retention and sharing

We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, evaluate an application, or meet applicable legal and operational requirements. We may use service providers that help us host the website, process form submissions, or operate our communications. We do not sell information submitted through this website.

Instagram comments and messages

Some of our Instagram posts invite you to comment a keyword, such as WALLPAPER, to receive a free guide. When you do, an automated tool run by Wallcovering Pro sends you one direct message with the guide and a link to our wallpaper calculator, and posts a short public reply under your comment. It acts only on comments on the posts that make that offer, and it sends one message per person per post.

To do this we use Instagram's official API through Meta. The tool reads the comment text, your Instagram username, your Instagram account identifier, and the comment time. We keep a log of who received a message and when so the tool doesn't message anyone twice. We don't use this information for advertising, we don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't sell or share it. If you reply to our message, a member of our team reads and answers it the same way we answer any other Instagram message.

Deleting your data

To have your information deleted, send a direct message to @wallcoveringpro on Instagram or email info@wallcoveringpro.net with the subject "Delete my data" and your Instagram username or the email address you used with us. We'll delete the records we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by the same channel. Comments you posted on Instagram stay under your control, and you can delete them yourself at any time.

Your choices

You may ask a question about your submitted information or request that we update or delete it, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes. See Deleting your data for how to make a request.
